X2 vest Weight Vest

The X2Vest is the best selling weight vest at Allegro Medical. This item was featured on the Today Show on NBC a few years back. I have one myself and as a Kung Fu student, I love it. It really gives me a great workout and I can actually feel my joints gaining strength and flexibility. At first it was a bit tough and I was afraid of damaging my knees, but if you start out right and build up, this weight vest can help you lose weight, gain muscle, increase cardio endurance, and most importantly, increase confidence.
